Future Petroglyphs
I found these sheets of metal, with their cutouts stacked one against the other, in the Mojave Desert.  Rust, discoloring from cutting torch, shadows and empty spaces leading through to other sheets, empty spaces and more shadows.  Moving the sheets the configurations changed accordingly.  I perceived the forms as "future petroglyphs," cutouts in metal as opposed to drawn and chiseled images on and in stone.  This is "future," after all, and the images are the deliberate absent leftovers.
